About the Role

We are looking for a C# developer responsible for building applications that may range from desktop applications to native mobile applications and embedded systems. The candidate's primary responsibility will be to design and develop these applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Implement solutions and coordinate production process migration with the support team.
- Assist with user adoption of technology solutions developed globally by aiding user training and liaising with relevant development personnel to enhance the overall user experience.
- Revamp existing technology to improve scalability, efficiency, and performance.
- Proactively provide status reports to the global, local manager and BT business manager.
- Participate in the design and development of tools and applications required to support pricing infrastructure and related business areas.
- Identify system deficiencies, engage relevant technical and business partners, determine corrective actions, and develop technical solutions to remediate issues.
- Support, debug, and troubleshoot system/software deficiencies.
- Review and understand business requirements, contribute to detailed technology deliverables including functional specifications and system impact assessments.
- Learn all necessary development tools required to be an effective developer.
- Deliver user training, publish release notes, and perform release tasks.
- Profile and optimize system performance, improve production support documentation and tooling, and enhance CI/CD pipeline.
- Assist with technology updates.
About the Candidate (Expectations and Nice to Have Skills)
Candidates should have:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience working in Capital Markets software development.
- 8+ years of professional experience using C# and 4+ years with C++.
- Proficiency in multithreaded programming, service-oriented architecture, compute/task distribution, and experience with SQL Server or equivalent relational database management systems.
- Familiarity with JSON, XML, web services, Kubernetes, AWS or Azure, and DevOps pipeline support.
- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills are essential.
