We’re partnering with a leading telecom provider that’s rewriting the rules of digital connectivity—fast, smart, and built to scale. They’re growing quickly and investing in future-ready tech, and they’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer Integration (TIBCO CE) to help lead the charge. In this role, you won’t just be maintaining systems—you’ll be modernising them from the ground up.
From designing high-impact APIs to transforming legacy platforms, you’ll play a key part in shaping the infrastructure that keeps millions connected.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and scale API integrations using a next-gen iPaaS platform
- Migrate legacy systems into modern, cloud-ready environments
- Design and deliver resilient APIs using TIBCO BusinessWorks, EMS, REST
- Help refine governance and development processes
- Work closely with product, engineering, and ops to co-create real-world solutions
- Contribute to architectural decisions that shape the future of integration
- Support system reliability and accessibility for the people who count on them every day
About the Candidate (Expectations and Nice to Have Skills)
You don’t need to tick every box to apply—we’re more interested in your potential, perspective, and willingness to grow.
- 5 years of experience in integration engineering—TIBCO BW, EMS, REST APIs, and containerization.
- Experience with scalable architecture (microservices, API platforms, or similar).
- Comfortable with hands-on API development in Java or C++.
- You see tech as a tool for connection, architecture as a foundation for collaboration.
- You’re curious, proactive, and care about doing things well.
- You enjoy mentoring and learning in equal measure and want to grow in a supportive environment.
