Responsibilities

  • Architect and enhance open-source and enterprise platforms for seamless developer integration.
  • Lead the development of tooling, SDKs, and infrastructure solutions that improve performance and usability.
  • Drive best practices in functional programming, TypeScript, and Node.js.
  • Collaborate with top engineers and open-source contributors.
  • Own complex technical challenges end-to-end, from design through deployment.
  • Engage with the developer community and contribute to open-source projects.

About the Candidate (Expectations and Nice to Have Skills)

  • Must-have:

    • 5+ years of expertise in TypeScript.
    • Advanced React knowledge with a focus on performance optimization.
    • Strong backend experience with Node.js.
    • Understanding of developer tooling and infrastructure.
    • Autonomy to thrive in ambiguous environments without micromanagement.
    • Experience in open-source environments.

  • Bonus Points For:

    • Knowledge in functional programming principles and experience with Rust or Haskell.
    • Experience with AI-driven developer tooling and Large Language Models (LLMs).
    • Experience with Python for backend services and cloud-native applications.
