Responsibilities

  • Design software modules to comply with engineering best practices.
  • Define software requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Produce robust software builds that meet defined security and performance criteria.
  • Lead code reviews to maintain quality and coding standards.
  • Conduct system integration tests and identify ways to enhance software performance.
  • Adopt modern development methodologies to refine software delivery processes.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions for scalable and reliable system design.
  • Mentor junior engineers, promoting best practices and sharing domain expertise.

About the Candidate

Requirements

  • Background in computer science with 6-7+ years of experience in professional software development.
  • Strong skills in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Expertise in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and optionally Angular.
  • Knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture and RESTful Services.
  • Familiarity with Open API and UML.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines.
  • Extensive understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, including continuous integration, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Competency in English communication for both business and technical contexts.

Nice to have

  • Background in the financial software sector, including understanding of financial products or services.
  • Qualifications in Java, Springboot, SQL (Oracle), Kubernetes (PKS), and Virtual Machines.
  • Capability to work with streaming technologies like Kafka and Avro.
