About the Role
Pickware is developing a new business platform for selling our products, enabling customers to manage licenses, master data, payment methods, and users. As a TypeScript Backend Developer, you will take on the following responsibilities:
- Conception and implementation of new features
- Maintenance and care of the platform
- Conducting bug fixes
- Independent coordination of requirements with product managers
- Writing clean and maintainable code
- Taking responsibility for the quality of your work
About the Candidate
What you bring:
- Completed studies in Computer Science or comparable education
- Passion for programming with a high standard of quality
- Relevant professional experience in Software Development is beneficial, but entry-level candidates are welcome
- Very good knowledge of TypeScript
- Solid knowledge of Node.js and Express
- Experience with NestJS is a plus
- Familiarity with ORMs (e.g., TypeORM) and relational database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL)
- Nice to have: Experience in frontend development and knowledge of Vue.js
- Good communication skills with the ability to serve as a competent internal point of contact for the sales platform
- Ability to understand business processes
- Excellent German and English skills, both verbal and written
