You will engage in diverse projects that expand your expertise in energy and electricity topics, while prioritizing quality and safety, fostering relationships with global markets and customers.

Responsibilities

• Development of advisory projects for major electricity sector agents, including utilities and regulatory bodies.
• Support utilities to improve operational efficiency and evaluate renewable integration impacts on electrical networks.
• Participate in consulting assignments with established standards and methods.
• Build and retain long-lasting relationships with customers for profitable growth.
• Assist with business development and marketing by clarifying customer queries and proposing solutions.
• Identify new consulting business opportunities and build an internal and external network for information exchange.
• Engage in Project Management activities including planning, scheduling, customer satisfaction, and risk management.
• Lead the creation of new processes and tool enhancements while coaching subordinate colleagues.

About the Candidate

• Master's degree in electrical engineering or similar required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience in power systems studies with a strong consulting background.
• Knowledge of the electric power industry, including market systems and equipment.
• Proficient in power systems modeling and simulation tools such as PSS/E, DIgSILENT, and more.
• Experience analyzing solutions for Transmission, Renewable Energy, Off-shore systems, and Sustainability.
• Programming knowledge valued; Python preferred. Fluency in English required, additional languages appreciated.
