About the Role
X4 Technology is excited to offer a position for a Rust Engineer, responsible for prototyping and developing manufacturing software on web and mobile platforms. Your duties will include architecting software infrastructure ensuring scalability and reliability across cloud services, and implementing solutions using various languages optimized for real-time manufacturing processes. You will also handle Cloud & DevOps aspects for infrastructure automation and CI/CD, as well as integrating AI-driven insights for workflow automation. Collaboration with implementation teams is crucial for successful software deployment and integration on factory floors.
About the Candidate
The successful candidate will have between 5 to 10 years of experience working with Rust as a programming language. Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is essential, alongside a history of working in fast-paced environments like Fintech or Investment Banking. A strong mathematical background (with degrees in Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics) is preferred. Excellent communication skills are necessary to work effectively within diverse teams.
