About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Solution Consultant (Presales) based in Australia, preferably near Singapore. This role will report to our Director of Solutions Consulting ANZ and will be integral in creating a vision for our customers. As a trusted advisor on Workato's AI Agentic capabilities, you will help drive adoption and achieve strategic initiatives.

You will enable clients to become proficient in Workato's Agentic Platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and software engineers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with sales and engineering to tailor solutions for AI use cases.
  • Effectively educating various stakeholders on AI and Agentic architectural concepts through demonstrations and workshops.
  • Assisting in technical discovery and architecting AI solutions with Workato products.
  • Supporting technical workshops and proof of concepts.
  • Staying updated on advancements in AI and machine learning, integrating these into development projects.

About the Candidate

To succeed in this role, the candidate should have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or relevant technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • 6-10 years of pre-sales experience in SaaS/iPaaS.
  • Familiarity with LLMs and hands-on experience with AI projects.
  • Strong understanding of integration technologies and Python programming.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead architectural discussions across various audiences.
