About the Role

As a Data Engineer, you will join an organization dedicated to the sustainability of the Netherlands, providing digital services for the Dutch energy market. You will work on enhancing data infrastructure and developing robust data pipelines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop ETL processes for efficient data integration
  • Manage Snowflake data warehouses and data lakes
  • Employ DBT for data transformations
  • Analyze data using Python
  • Create visual data analysis tools with Tableau
  • Collaborate with teams to improve data products

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: €4,500 - €6,000 based on 40 hours

About the Candidate

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Relevant HBO or WO degree
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with data engineering and ETL processes
  • Experience with SQL and databases
  • Knowledge of data architectures, data warehouses, and integration processes
  • Familiarity with data modeling
  • Experience with cloud-based data solutions
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with tools such as GitLab, Snowflake, AWS, Tableau, DBT, Python, and/or web analytics.
