About the Role

As an Ingénieur DevOps at Conserto, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the operability, availability, and reliability of applications.
  • Improving CI-CD processes for the deployment of applications.
  • Maintaining and enhancing monitoring systems, backups, resilience, and security.
  • Anticipating obsolescence and performing technological surveillance.
  • Advocating for progress on projects through engagement with various stakeholders.

About the Candidate

We expect you to be proactive and a source of suggestions, with at least 3 years of experience in DevOps. Required skills include autonomy in:

  • Automation tools (IAC) such as Ansible and Terraform.
  • CI-CD tools including Nexus, GitHub, GitLab-CI, and Jenkins.
  • Container and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Cloud services namely AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Monitoring tools like ELK and Prometheus.
  • Security protocols such as HTTPS and MTLS. Having knowledge of JavaScript and development technologies like Java Spring Boot would be beneficial, although it’s not mandatory for this role.

Compensation and Working Conditions

The salary for this position is between €42,000 and €50,000 per year, based on experience. Additional benefits include:

  • Daily meal vouchers of €10.
  • Performance-related bonuses (referral incentives, training contributions).
  • 8.5 RTT days in 2025.
  • Flexibility with the option of working 2 to 3 days remotely per week.
