About the Role
We are seeking a Software Engineer (PLC/SCADA). As a Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining software for customer-specific machines and complete process installations. Your tasks will include programming and maintaining PLC programs, developing and programming SCADA software, drafting functional designs, and testing and commissioning systems both nationally and internationally. You will also perform service and troubleshooting tasks on-site or via remote connection, contributing directly to the technological advancement of the organization, with projects that offer both technical challenges and professional satisfaction.
About the Candidate
We are looking for candidates living in the Netherlands and with proficiency in the Dutch language. You should have completed an MBO or HBO degree in Electrical Engineering or Control Engineering and have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position within industrial automation. Skills in Siemens PLC and SCADA packages are required; experience with MS SQL and higher programming languages is a plus. An analytical mindset, independence, and excellent communication skills are essential.
