About the Role
Innova Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced MLOps Data Engineer to join our team in Zoeterwoude, Netherlands. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a platform that automates the creation, training, deployment, and updating of machine learning models for our users. You will collaborate closely with data scientists and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
As a Senior MLOps Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Working with the Product Owner and Squad members to integrate ML models into production and ensuring they are maintained and monitored.
- Leading solutions from conceptualization to realization, including design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Preparing specifications, test codes, acceptance criteria, and timelines.
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation, as well as preparing presentations for clients on system capabilities.
- Analyzing the technical feasibility and estimating the solutions proposed.
About the Candidate (Expectations)
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong experience in Python programming and frameworks.
- Expertise in ML operationalization with workflow/model management platforms such as Mlflow, KubeFlow, Kedro, and Airflow.
- Proficient in both SQL and NoSQL databases, including experience in data modeling.
- Excellent collaboration, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Unix Shell scripting and working in RHEL environments.
- Experience with Kubernetes and RedHat OpenShift is a plus.
- Knowledge of continuous integration/delivery environments including tools like GIT/BitBucket, Jenkins, Cloudbees, and Ansible Tower.
- A quality-oriented mindset, understanding that delivering production-ready software involves more than just code commitment.
- An interest in technology and using it to create solutions that benefit customers.
- A team-oriented approach, supporting and deriving pride from team achievements.
- A curious mindset, eager to learn and educate others.
- Understanding of web server technologies such as Rest API, HTTPD, and Apache Tomcat.
