Responsibilities
- Architecture Development: Lead architectural decisions within development processes across our market teams.
- AI and Data Integration: Design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient data architectures supporting AI solutions.
- Strategic Alignment: Seamlessly align AI strategies with business goals and advise stakeholders on AI and data solutions.
- Data Governance and Compliance: Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with applicable regulations within healthcare sectors.
- Technology Evaluation: Assess and select appropriate technologies and tools to optimize our AI stack and foster innovation.
- Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions that contribute to better decision-making and more efficient processes.
About the Candidate
You should bring a minimum of five years of experience in data engineering, data science, or AI-related roles, with demonstrable experience in designing and managing complex data and AI architectures. You should have leadership experience, promoting collaboration within multidisciplinary teams, and a proven track record in successfully implementing AI projects. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions are essential.
