About the Role

A leading international organization is looking for a Software Development Manager to lead a geographically distributed team in delivering a business-critical governance platform that supports compliance, integrity, and transparency in global operations.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop a team of 10 software engineers while conducting performance reviews, setting objectives, and promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Technical Strategy: Define and communicate architecture standards, maintain clean-code principles, and oversee peer reviews to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Delivery Monitoring: Translate business priorities into sprint plans, collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlogs, and ensure timely, quality releases.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead in DevOps practices leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and monitor strict adherence to SLAs and security policies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact, escalate and resolve critical issues, manage technical debt, and provide transparent progress reporting to senior management.

About the Candidate

Expectations

  • Leadership Experience: Minimum of 2 years leading software development teams, including performance management and career development.
  • Technical Expertise: At least 5 years of hands-on experience with .NET technologies (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET) and 3 years with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
  • DevOps Skills: Proven experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and automated CI/CD workflows.
  • Security & Compliance: Strong knowledge of secure API design, privacy regulations, and enterprise authentication mechanisms.
  • Agile Mindset: Experience in Scrum or Kanban and achieving continuous delivery.
