Your missions include:

  • Participating in the design and development of innovative CRM solutions mainly based on Microsoft technologies.
  • Mastering Microsoft CRM environments, leveraging various tools: MS Dynamics CRM, .Net, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and more.
  • Participating in requirement gathering and design.
  • Validating configurations and settings up to the development execution of plugins, workflows, and JavaScript.
  • Co-constructing solutions including drafting, designing, and integrating tools.
  • Facilitating technical workshops to identify possible solutions for client needs while respecting Dynamics 365 platform constraints.
  • Keeping up with the technological advancements in Dynamics 365.
  • Diversifying your skills through involvement in our new transversal topics related to CRM and AI.
  • Choosing your career trajectory in either technical or functional management.

About the Candidate

Ideal candidates should have:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in CRM projects within a Microsoft environment.
  • Proficiency in tools and technologies such as JSON/XML, Power Platform, or even Azure is a plus.
  • The ability to lead design workshops and participate in implementation processes.
  • A proactive approach to technological watch, continual learning, and knowledge sharing.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
