About the Role
Harnham is seeking a Technical Lead Machine Learning Engineer to join and lead a team at a fast-growing tech company focused on behavioral modeling and personalization. This role is fully remote, offering a salary up to $350,000 plus equity. As a key member of the team, you will design, build, and deploy end-to-end machine learning models specifically aimed at ad optimization and recommendation systems.
Responsibilities
- Model design and deployment for ad optimization and personalization,
- Development of ML pipelines leveraging behavioral signals,
- Collaboration with product and R&D teams for impactful product strategies,
- Leading experimentation and model evaluation in a data-rich environment,
- Contribution to scalable infrastructure development using tools like Airflow and Spark,
- Cross-functional work to bring ML products to market and refine them post-launch.
About the Candidate
Applicants should possess an MSc or PhD in a STEM field and have proven experience in building and deploying machine learning systems. A strong background in AdTech or recommender systems is critical. Candidates should also have hands-on experience with orchestration tools, data infrastructure, and CI/CD best practices. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS is an essential requirement.
