As a Channel Partner Engineer, you will play a crucial role in leading complex channel partner integrations and projects, developing scalable solutions for partner enablement, and driving innovation in our partner engineering processes. You will work closely with our channel partners to understand their technical requirements and design and implement solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex channel partner integrations and projects, managing multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
- Develop scalable solutions for partner enablement, focusing on automation and efficiency.
- Analyze partner requirements and provide strategic recommendations to improve integrations and deployments.
- Mentor other engineers and contribute to best practices for the partner engineering team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align channel partner initiatives with company goals.
- Design and implement optimization strategies for Llama models in channel partner infrastructures.
- Contribute to the development of the Channel Partner roadmap.
- Gather and analyze technical feedback from partners and their customers, using insights to drive improvements.
About the Candidate
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, technical consulting, or a related field.
- Experience working with channel partners and understanding their technical requirements.
- Experience with machine learning, artificial intelligence, and cloud infrastructures.
- Experience leading complex technical projects and partner integrations.
- Ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with government and enterprise clients in AI/ML deployments.
- Experience with Llama or large language models.
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms like AWS SageMaker.
- Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations relevant to AI/ML deployments.
- Experience with performance optimization of large-scale AI models.
