About the Role

The organization is experiencing rapid development due to an increase in foreign projects and a continuing focus on innovations and process and product improvements. They are looking for a PLC/SCADA Engineer who has gained substantial experience. As a PLC/SCADA Engineer, you will have an essential role in projects and will be encouraged to think about how to improve the installations. You will be involved from start to finish in the projects, which is challenging due to numerous variables that make the installations complex. Thus, it is challenging to develop software ensuring the quality of the end product. Engineering and assembly of installations are done in Almelo, making it easy to coordinate with installers, mechanical engineers, or to inspect a component of the installation right away.

About the Candidate

Requirements:

  • Experience programming various PLC systems (Siemens S7, Tia Portal)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a PLC programmer in the process industry
  • HBO working and thinking level
  • Completed education in industrial automation, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or related fields
  • Residing within a maximum radius of 50 kilometers from Almelo

Salary and Employment

  • A salary between €X and €X gross per month with a full-time contract
  • A direct employment contract with the organization
  • Travel expense reimbursement of €0.23 per KM
  • 8% holiday pay
  • Involvement in the entire process
