  • Designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications using PHP and Laravel.
  • Leading a small development team and fostering clean, maintainable, and efficient coding practices.
  • Overseeing the full software development lifecycle—from concept through to deployment.
  • Taking ownership of individual software projects and their successful implementation.
  • Conducting code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
  • Sharing your expertise to support team members in their growth.
  • Actively contributing ideas to drive the team's success and innovation.

About the Candidate

What you bring:

  • 5–7 years of experience in application development, including 3 years with PHP and Laravel.
  • Strong technical understanding of software architecture and time estimation for implementation.
  • Ability to break down complex technical concepts into clear, understandable explanations.
  • Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines, ideally using GitHub Actions.
  • Familiarity with tools like Git, Confluence, and Jira.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, both independently and within a team.
  • Experience with code reviews and an interest in leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
