The SWIFT Infrastructure Support role involves designing and developing moderately complex solutions for IT infrastructure environments, including coding, testing, and certifying technology platforms under limited supervision.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the flexibility to make each day your own while working alongside a collaborative team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop moderately complex solutions for application design and IT infrastructure components.
- Understand the end-to-end performance of IT platforms.
- Draft and maintain policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Independently monitor advanced performance and capacity metrics for technology solutions.
About the Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and:
- 2+ years of experience in engineering SWIFT technologies and infrastructure.
- 2+ years of experience in engineering Linux and Unix Systems.
- Skills in cloud technologies, specifically in migrating on-premise infrastructure to the cloud.
- Experience in Python, Agile frameworks, SharePoint, and Confluence.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in supporting SWIFT products like Alliance Cloud, Alliance Access, and Alliance Web Platform.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
- Capable of determining causes of operating errors and taking corrective action.
- Comfortable with programming, coding, debugging, and using relevant programming languages.
