About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Full Stack Developer to be part of an international team, working in a financial sector. Full remote mode is possible. If you're ready to make an impact in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you! You will work with the team responsible for a project, designed to provide trading reference data for future international exchanges. It will also manage and supply trading-specific configuration data. You will work on the data migration and business requirement integration.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team responsible for designing and implementing trading-oriented projects.
  • Lead data migration initiatives to meet business requirements.
  • Integrate business requirements smoothly into existing frameworks.
  • Ensure the consistent supply of trading-specific configuration data.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from design through implementation and support.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Uphold the integrity and security of sensitive data.
  • Document technical processes and data flow thoroughly.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers to improve team productivity.
  • Represent the development team in cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment of goals.

About the Candidate

Expectations: 5+ years of experience with Java 8+ or 11, Angular, Spring Boot, and MySQL or another relational database. Proficiency in Hibernate or Spring Data and JUnit. Background in Apache Kafka, Maven, and Docker. Familiarity with cloud platforms and Kubernetes. Strong communication skills with fluency in English (B2+ level).

Nice to Have: Familiarity with Java 17 and 21, knowledge of GitLab, experience with Elasticsearch and Kibana, and proficiency in Helm for managing Kubernetes applications.
