About the Role
We are looking for our future Full Stack Ruby Developer! You will be responsible for developing new features and writing tests to ensure their reliability. You will primarily join an inclusive and dynamic adventure focused on personal growth, participating in the co-construction of Bloomind through training, events, and especially in the implementation of the company philosophy. You will contribute to the design, deployment, and maintenance phases of our partners' projects.
About the Candidate
We are looking for someone who is capable, motivated, and curious to learn, as well as eager to transmit knowledge. You should master Ruby on Rails for back-end with Hotwire (Turbo, Stimulus) for dynamic interfaces, and have experience with PostgreSQL and Redis for data management. Quality assurance of the code is important; you should be comfortable using Minitest and Jest, managing background jobs with Sidekiq, and setting up continuous integration through Github Actions or Circle CI. You must be efficient in teamwork, utilizing Jira for project management and Github for collaboration. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required, and familiarity with MVC web frameworks such as Django, Symfony, and Laravel is a plus.
Recruitment Process
Your candidate journey will include:
- A structured conversation with a manager to explore your background, assess your fit for the position, and answer your questions.
- A technical interview to evaluate your skills on the job-specific aspects.
- A third optional discussion if necessary to clarify any points or answer additional questions.

At Bloomind, we value our team and believe in rewarding your contributions. The salary will depend on your experience, starting at a minimum of €48,000 gross with a salary review every six months. We offer a Sports Pack, Culture Pack, Swile Card (restaurant vouchers), Alan mutual insurance (65% coverage), full reimbursement of public transport costs, a sustainable mobility package up to €800 per year, and menstrual leave. Furthermore, you will benefit from two days of remote work per week.
